Twilio status “Completed” only means a call ended. It does not prove the phone rang, you answered, or Raven spoke. Checkpoints are recorded only for calls handled after diagnostics was enabled. This view never changes Twilio settings or places calls.
Connections & phone access
For a one-tap Raven shortcut on your Samsung: open gettherundown.app in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then Add to Home screen. For a telephone shortcut, save your existing Persephone number as a contact and add Samsung’s Direct dial widget. Telephone owner mode needs verified Twilio configuration before release.
This private web assistant leaves your live customer telephone assistant unchanged.
Google connection setup
A dedicated Google OAuth web client is required. This app requests access to events on calendars you own and free/busy information. It uses your primary calendar.
